Finalists for NZ’s best workplaces announced

IBM Kenexa has announced the finalists for its annual Best Workplace Survey and Awards – New Zealand’s largest and longest-running study of employee engagement.

Over 36,000 employees from 210 organisations participated in this year’s survey with fifty workplaces achieving finalist status – among them, 29 new entries.

“The 2016 finalists represent a broad spectrum of New Zealand industries from government to retail, tourism and professional services to consumer goods,” revealed a representative from IBM Kenexa.

“Nearly two-thirds of this year's finalists also achieved finalist status in 2015, demonstrating the ongoing commitment made by New Zealand’s best workplaces to engage their employees.”
