How would you sum up HR professionals in three words?
In my view, and if I think about those HR practitioners that do a really great job, the three words would absolutely be: commercial, credible and trusted.

What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?
A previous manager once told me 'always be curious and remember when you're feeling overwhelmed with a piece of work, it's probably because you're learning'. Best advice ever!

What are some of the biggest challenges HR deals with?
Getting clear about a dynamic people agenda –\ what this means for the future and for the today – and actually delivering against this.

How do you see the role of HR changing in the future?
Increased agility in structure and role design, less 'push' and more 'pull' – consistency does not equal sameness.

What’s your favoured style of coffee?
Espresso
