“My team is absolutely the best team I could hope to work for,” said HR Generalist of the Year Laurent Sylvester, who also thanked those at the organization for welcoming him into their family.IAG’s Kim Herrick picked up the award for both HR Specialist of the Year and HR Person of the Year, although surprised at the prestigious wins, Herrick delivered an rousing speech that struck a chord with HR professionals across the room.
“Let’s hope gender inequality becomes something of the past and equality something we don’t have to fight for in the future,” she said in closing.
