  • How to attract and retain top employees
  • Effective wellbeing strategies for building resilient teams
  • Learning and development to engage remote worker

There will also be workshops on how to utilise ChatGPT to support HR departments, and how to manage workplace conflict effectively to minimise risks.

Roundtable discussions will also be held to give delegates the opportunity to discuss HR challenges and come up with action points to address them.

Ultimately, winners at the HRD Awards New Zealand 2024 will be declared during the summit.

The event will be held on April 10, at The Pullman in Auckland. Registration is now open through this link.
