When it comes to implementing HR strategies effectively, having a high degree of leadership capability in your organisation that can turn abstract concepts into real and actionable outcomes is an essential factor for success.

The effectiveness of leaders, their alignment with the overall business strategy and their ability to grow and develop internal talent are critical. This especially rings true in today’s competitive software and computing sector – something that Microsoft HR director Rose Clements knows more than a little about.

Clements, last year’s winner of the prestigious HR Director of the Year category at the Australian HR Awards, is one of the keynote speakers at the National HR Summit in April. Her presentation will delve into Microsoft’s strategic approach to leadership development, focusing on how to engage leaders to reinforce the right corporate values and culture and how to align talent management strategies with wider business objectives.

The National HR Summit will be returning to Luna Park Sydney on 10-11th April 2013. CLICK HERE for more information and to register.
