As senior recruitment officer for 2degrees NZ since 2017, Waugh recruits top talent for the customer care, retail provisioning, and administration business units. Her achievements include leading the organisation’s customer care careers microsite project, implementing a pipelining process model for customer care, increasing the assessment centre conversion rate from 50% to 75%, and implementing the change of reference checking provider from Xref to CheckMate.
She started her career in recruitment when she joined AsureQuality in August 2013, and joined 2degrees in February 2015.
